Her experience at school was not a happy one, and she found learning challenging. Words didn't come easy to her but when she found that she had a nack for understanding systems and software easily and then discovered she could explain it well to others, she made it her mission to ensure that everyone she worked with had a safe and comfortable place to learn in. She believes that it is her responsibility to help you learn, understand and feel comfortable.
